Entry 1
Quick Cardio blaster
Working Tabata rounds of 20\25 seconds with 5\10 seconds rest, 8 rounds per set
Exercises to work:
* Skipping
* Sprints
* Slede Hammers, right, left, over head
* Burpees
* Alternate squat thrusts\ mountain climbs
* weight vest sprint punches
Plan the exercises first, start with a dynamic warm up for 10 mins, and plan out the length of your session. all the above can be done in less than 30 mins, and should give you a good workout. Remember go as fast and hard as you can for those 25 seconds
