Testing Ground was originally set up as a one off interclub cage fighting competition aimed at helping novices get cage time.

It was a success and the immediate response was 'When is the next one'?

So now we are here at event number 5. Their has been some truly amazing performances all fought in a lively competitive sporting spirited way.

The mixed bill of kickboxing and MMA has also catered to the audiences demands.

The rules suit the kickboxer wishing to cross over to MMA and does not isolate him/her to alien areas of combat .

The passion of the Sport really is infectious at this well run event.
