I am the chief instructor of Richmond martial arts and Lucas Elite Solutions. I have been involved in martial arts most of my life.


I am a big fan of anything pugilistic and used to be a bass player in a band. Outside of martial arts i can tend to do the usual things most folks my age do! lol
