The film based on Lisa Higo, Rosi Sexton was very well received and the premiere in London was a huge success. 

It will be seen by hundreds of thousands in the UK - that is really getting the message out.

It is very candid and shows what it is like to compete and train at the top of female Mixed Martial Arts, the training and the desire to win burns right through to the core of what we are about.

Lisa is presently training very hard to compete in the Womens Ultimate Challenge, a reality show based on 16 female MMA fighters. 

Lisa will be flying out soon to start filming and fighting in Florida, California and Thailand. 

This will be aired in 2010 on NBC and over here probably on Sky or bravo.

After many months of preparations, interviews and paperwork I have been appointed the United Kingdom World Association of Kickboxing Organisations Director of Mixed Martial Arts. 

The WAKO is the largest and oldest organisation in the world and it is a great honour to be awarded this position, but this is a shared honour and shows just how good the instruction and coaching at Leeds Cage is.  Lisa is Assistant Director and Neil Longthorn and Jon Waterhouse have both been appointed Technical Advisors after been stringently screened and studied in their excellent teaching methods. 

We have also finally managed to broker an insurance deal for Mixed Martial Arts training, ensuring students and coaches are correctly covered.
