Come down and join our spartan training, it is our key fitness challenge designed to push you to your maximum ability focusing on all areas of your body and targeting all key areas such as legs, arms and core we do this by giving you a limited time on each obstacle using our quality equipment this ranges from a bag blast to a tire lift then once the time is up you move to the next challenge gradually improving each week.
